Infinix Note 40 Highlights
The Infinix Note 40 is the latest mid-range smartphone from Infinix for 2024. The device boasts a powerful 108MP triple main camera setup with PDAF, promising detailed and sharp images. Paired with a 32MP selfie camera, it covers both front and rear photography needs adequately.
The 120Hz AMOLED display, shielded by Gorilla Glass protection, delivers vibrant visuals with a peak brightness of 1300 nits. This ensures clarity even under bright sunlight and adds some ruggedness against scratches and minor impacts.
Performance-wise, the Helio G99 Ultimate gaming processor ensures smooth operation, catering to both everyday tasks and demanding gaming sessions. Dual stereo speakers, enhanced by JBL audio, provide an immersive audio experience for multimedia consumption.
Battery life is impressive with a sizable 5000 mAh capacity, supplemented by 45W fast charging for quick top-ups. Additionally, the inclusion of 20W wireless charging and support for both wired and wireless reverse charging adds flexibility to power management.
Storage won't be a concern with 256 GB of onboard space, coupled with UFS 2.2 technology for faster data access. Running on Android 14 operating system, users can expect an up to date software experience, complemented by 24-bit Hi-Res audio playback and JBL audio enhancements.
Lastly, the IP54 dust and splash resistance rating offer peace of mind against accidental spills and light outdoor usage. Its pricing starts from KSh 33,700.
