Infinix Note 40X Highlights
The Infinix Note 40X is an affordable 5G smartphone with a starting price of KSh 21,700. Its 120Hz display offers smooth scrolling, and the 500 nit peak brightness ensures the screen is visible even in bright conditions. The 240Hz touch sampling enhances the responsiveness, making it a decent option for casual gamers.
For photography, the phone features a 108MP triple main camera with PDAF, which captures detailed photos. The additional 2MP macro lens allows for close-up shots, and the Quad LED flash is useful for night photography. The camera setup includes modes like portrait and panorama, offering various shooting options.
The Note 40X is powered by 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, with support for MicroSD cards up to 1TB. This ensures ample space for apps and media, while Android 14 offers the latest software features at your fingertips.
Battery life is solid, thanks to the 5000mAh battery. It supports 18W fast charging, which can charge up to 50% in 31 minutes. Additionally, reverse wired charging is available, which can be handy in emergencies.
The phone also features dual stereo speakers with DTS audio, providing decent sound quality. The IPX2 rating for dust and splash resistance offers some protection against minor spills, taking out some worry in everyday use.
