Anker Soundcore Life Q35 Highlights
Sound Quality
The Q35 headphones deliver detailed audio thanks to 40mm silk-diaphragm drivers and Hi-Res Audio certification. With LDAC support, music sounds richer and more precise, especially when streaming from compatible devices. You also get a wide frequency range (16Hz-40kHz), making them great for different genres. Plus, the customizable EQ via the Soundcore app lets you tweak audio to your taste, with 22 presets to experiment with.
Noise Cancellation and Transparency
One of the standout features is multi-mode noise cancellation. You can adjust between Transport, Indoor, and Outdoor modes to block different types of noise effectively. Transparency mode is handy for moments when you need to hear the outside world without taking the headphones off, such as at a library or during conversations.
Comfort and Build
Comfort is a strong point, with memory foam earcups and a padded headband designed for long listening sessions. The foldable design improves portability, making the Q35 great for travel. At 272 g, build quality feels sturdy, but not too heavy, striking a good balance between durability and usability.
Battery and Charging
Battery life is impressive. You get up to 60 hours with noise cancellation off and 40 hours with it on. A quick 5-minute charge gives you 4 hours of playback, while a full charge takes about 2 hours. For long trips or extended use, the Q35 won't leave you hanging.
Extra Features
Other features include dual microphones with beamforming and AI enhancement for clearer calls, multi-device pairing for seamless switching, and NFC pairing for easy setup. These small conveniences make the headphones more versatile for everyday use.
Priced from KSh 12,500, the Anker Soundcore Life Q35 offers excellent value with its mix of sound quality, comfort, and smart features. While not perfect for audiophiles seeking studio-grade sound, they’re a reliable choice for casual listeners who want a premium experience for under 15,000 shillings.
